Commencement 2024 - Stevens Faculty

All Stevens faculty are invited to attend New Undergraduate Student Convocation on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Robing will be at 3 p.m., with Convocation activities beginning at 3:30 p.m.

All faculty participants are required to wear academic regalia. If you own your regalia, please wear your personal regalia. If you do not own your regalia, you must order a rental set (robe, hood, tam/cap, and tassel) through this website by July 30, 2024, and Stevens will assume the cost of the rental.

Please be sure to complete all steps to place your order online. Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your order was not successfully placed.

Once you place your online order, your regalia will be shipped to the Stevens Bookstore located on the first floor of the Howe Center. You must pick up your regalia from August 30 – September 4 see Bookstore hours below. You must return your regalia to the Stevens Bookstore no later than Friday, September 6, 2024. For your convenience, a Bookstore representative will be at Convocation to collect regalia. Failure to return your regalia by Friday, September 6, 2024, may result in late fees that will be your financial responsibility.

It is your responsibility to pick up your regalia from the Stevens bookstore, steam the regalia, bring it to the ceremonies, and then bring your regalia back to the bookstore by Friday September 6th..
